MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. — Reva Digital Media LLC has been awarded a new multi-year contract to provide eLearning design and development services for the Port of Seattle. The agreement has a not-to-exceed value of $199,999 and expands a relationship that began in 2021 with the development of digital learning experiences for Port employees.
Under the new agreement, Reva Digital will support the Port of Seattle as it develops accessible, engaging, and effective learning solutions for its diverse workforce of employees and contractors. Work will be authorized through individual service directives, allowing the Port to address evolving training priorities through targeted projects with defined scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
Services may include learning needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia production, learning management system testing, audience testing, and updates to existing digital learning products. Reva Digital will also support the conversion of existing training materials into accessible, LMS-ready formats designed for use across laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
The expanded engagement builds on Reva Digital’s earlier work with the Port of Seattle. In 2021, the firm developed performance-management eLearning to help employees understand the Port’s Performance Link process, establish SMART goals, and use performance and development resources more effectively.
