A video on the importance of feedback to ensure productive outcomes and successful performance reviews. Influenced by the movie “Sliding Doors” it demonstrates what can happen when managers and employees do not have consistent open dialog about performance expectations through the story of an employee who is blind-sided by not getting a promotion at the end of the year, and the opposite outcome – getting a promotion – resulting from the employee receiving performance-driven feedback throughout the year.
