Reva is an instructional technologist, designer, and social impact founder who promotes health and well-being through digital learning. She began her career in print journalism in the early 2000s and went on to work in trade reporting, web content management, instructional design, and SEO before pivoting to learning and development. Since 2010, she has worked in telecommunications, higher education, marketing, finance, and legal/compliance industries designing, implementing, and evaluating digital learning solutions that drive measurable knowledge, skill and practice outcomes.

In 2011, Reva established Reva Digital Media LLC to support workplaces through digital learning transformation. In 2018, Reva founded Lessonbee, a culturally responsive online health education and wellness check-in solution for K-12 schools and districts. In 2024, she launched Health Education Heroes™ to provide free capacity building programs for health, wellness and SEL teachers after validating the program’s impact on teachers across 4 states.

In 2020, Reva was named one of the “100 most influential African Americans” of the year by The Root for Lessonbee, which they called “an innovation that makes coming of age less confusing.” Lessonbee has been featured in Forbes, FastCompany, and TechCrunch and backed by Google, Verizon, and AWS. Prior to Lessonbee, Reva built the digital learning arms of Razorfish University and Liquidnet University from 2013 – 2019. Since 2024, she has also worked to improve the quality of care at skilled nursing facilities by designing online nursing continuing professional development programs. In her spare time she indulges in her other passions, including interior design and homemaking.

Reva holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
