Our corporate social responsibility policy has three pillars: sustainable business, community partnership, and work-life balance. The policy is supported by the corporate values and culture of the business, which acknowledge that the business does not exist to simply make a profit, but to bring value to the community and the world at large. These principles are integral to our management processes and operations.
Reva Digital keeps its eco-footprint small by employing a majority virtual workforce. This allows us to be environmentally-friendly while employing the best talent wherever they may be.
Reva Digital is an NYS MWBE. We are always on the lookout for ways to partner with economically disadvantaged schools in the state of New York by way of technology pilots, PD and other resources.
Reva Digital caps its work-week at 30 hours. In addition, consultants enjoy the freedom to choose their assignments, work out of our Manhattan office or remotely from anywhere in the world.
