REVA Digital Media LLC (RDM) recognizes that it has responsibilities to its customers and the local community in which it operates. The company is dedicated to supplying high quality Web design and software products and services that meet the requirements of its customers in a manner consistent with high environmental and ethical standards. Our CSR policy has three main focus areas: sustainable business, volunteerism and education, and work-life balance. Our CSR policy is supported by our corporate values and the culture of our business. We acknowledge that our business does not exist to simply make a profit, but to bring value to our community and the world at large. These principles form an integral part of the company’s management processes and operations throughout the world.
Sustainable Business
RDM maintains a 100% virtual workforce. This has two benefits: the company keeps low overhead and passes savings to its clients, and no unnecessary environmental resources are wasted. Through innovative research, team-work, partnerships and smarter processes, we are working to advance our products and services. Across the entire organization, we are committed to leading the future of Web services while remaining a lean and environmentally-friendly company.
Nonprofits and Education
RDM participates in 2-3 volunteer projects per year. In 2012 we offered pro bono website consulting services for local schools and reduced-cost web development services for 501(c)(3) organization Future Leaders of America among others. Whenever possible we strive to provide education and teaching resources to the community, including providing free educational workshops and developing Kidedotals, which provides access to free online teaching and training resources.
Our Work-Life Balance
We offer a full-telecommute environment enabling consultants to be comfortable and focused on the tasks at hand rather than office politics. We understand that quality design and programming are easier to achieve in a flexible environment. Through virtual office technologies such as web-based project management solutions, consultants can interface with each other and manage all phases of the project life-cycle without sacrificing comfort or efficiency.
